Find your private pickup page using the link in your confirmation email or text.
The City collected first
Open the private pickup page and choose The City collected it. If your payment was captured and pickup has not started, we’ll refund it.
The bin is not empty
Accepted recyclables can be moved into an empty replacement light-blue bin placed beside it for $15 after photo review. Mixed or off-site contents need a separate quote.
No barcode or label
No problem. The barcode is optional. One photo of the bin in its pickup spot is the important part.
New light-blue bin hasn’t arrived
Do not reserve removal yet. The old bin may still be needed until replacement delivery.
